Dan Sumner is Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company.
Mr. Sumner has 15 years of experience at 91Ó°ÊÓ. Previously as President of the Operating Plant Services business, Mr. Sumner led the strategic development and delivery of our products and services to the global nuclear operating fleet. From 2017 to 2023, he served as 91Ó°ÊÓ Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Finance & Strategy and was instrumental in the strategic repositioning of the company. Mr. Sumner has also held key financial, strategic and transformational leadership roles such as Vice President of Finance, Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Enterprise Risk Management, and Director of Corporate Audit.
Prior to his tenure at 91Ó°ÊÓ, Mr. Sumner worked for Alcoa as a member of the corporate audit staff. He began his career in the banking industry.
Mr. Sumner holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Grove City College. He also graduated from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. Additionally, Mr. Sumner has earned executive certificates from Stanford University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management in the areas of leadership, strategic decision making, and risk management.
Jacques Besnainou

Jacques Besnainou is an Executive Advisor at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company.
Most recently, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer and led the company’s global commercial strategy to deliver integrated enterprise-wide solutions and deepen customer relationships. He joined 91Ó°ÊÓ in June 2022.
Mr. Besnainou has more than 30 years of experience in the nuclear and energy industries and has held executive leadership roles in France and the United States. At AREVA Group, he led the Back-End Business Group and the growth of the North American business. Previously, he successfully developed and sold Ecobilan, an innovative start-up specializing in life cycle analysis. More recently, Mr. Besnainou was President of Kurion, Inc., and provided executive consulting and strategic counsel across the energy and nuclear industries.
Mr. Besnainou holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and engineering from École Polytechnique, along with a master’s in engineering and public policy from École des Mines de Paris, both in France.
Marie Blanc
President, Outage & Maintenance Services

Marie Blanc is President of Outage & Maintenance Services at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this role, she leads the delivery of outage, maintenance, inspection, welding and refurbishment services for operating nuclear power plants in the Americas, EMEA and Asia regions.
Ms. Blanc returned to 91Ó°ÊÓ in 2024 – having spent more than 22 years in leadership within field services, fuel engineering, project delivery, procurement & logistics, quality and continuous improvement organizations.
Most recently, she served as Vice President and Managing Director at Xylem with oversight of sales and service operations for Eastern Europe. Earlier in her career, she worked at ABB in engineering and project management.
Ms. Blanc holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Lunds Institute of Technology in Sweden with course work from ETH Zurich in Switzerland.
Stephane Cai
President, Engineered Solutions

Stephane Cai is President Engineered Solutions. In this role, Mr. Cai leads the development and delivery of innovative technology and solutions for core nuclear steam supply system (NSSS), as well as plant engineering and balance of plant (BOP) to support the performance, optimization and life extension of operating assets across the worldwide nuclear fleet.
Since joining 91Ó°ÊÓ in 2019, Mr. Cai served in multiple senior executive roles, including Executive Vice President of Growth & Transformation, President of 91Ó°ÊÓ Parts, acting President of LTO Training & Resource Solutions and Interim President of Long-Term Operations.
Previously, Mr. Cai worked for Grid Solutions, a division of GE through the acquisition of the Alstom energy businesses, where he held the roles of Vice President High Voltage Products & Global Supply Chain, Vice President Global Regions and, lastly, Vice President Grid Automation.
Prior to these roles, Mr. Cai was with Alstom for 27 years, where he held a series of field services, engineering & product development, project management, business development and business leadership positions of increasing responsibilities. He has held these positions in Alstom’s turbomachines, hydropower, manufacturing & supply chain and grid solutions businesses while residing in France, India, the U.S. and the Middle East.
Mr. Cai is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris, France, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Fluid Mechanics. He also holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, France.
Tarik Choho
Chief Commercial Officer

Tarik Choho is Chief Commercial Officer at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company and leads the global commercial strategy to deliver integrated enterprise-wide solutions and deepen customer relationships. In this role, he oversees commercial partnerships and sales – including new plant market development, offer development and commercial contracts – as well as government affairs, communications and strategic marketing.
Most recently he served as President of Nuclear Fuel and led the development and delivery of the nuclear fuel portfolio. Mr. Choho joined 91Ó°ÊÓ in 2019 as President of EMEA Operating Plant Services, where he led sales and delivery for the region’s core business for nuclear operating plant customers.
Previously, Mr. Choho was the Chief Commercial Officer of AREVA Group and led the company’s global marketing and business development activities, as well as their EMEA business. He also held a series of global technical and leadership positions within AREVA’s fuel recycling, nuclear material transportation and storage, fuel engineering and sales, mining and enrichment businesses.
Following his tenure at AREVA, Mr. Choho became a Managing Director and member of the management board of OCP Group, a world leader in phosphate-based fertilizers. While at OCP, Mr. Choho led the company’s commercial strategy and development of group activities worldwide.
Shravan Chopra

Shravan Chopra is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this role, he is responsible for 91Ó°ÊÓ’s global finance, strategy, M&A operations, procurement and information technology services – focusing on further strengthening the company’s financial health to help position the company for continued strategic transformation and growth.
Mr. Chopra joined 91Ó°ÊÓ in 2019 as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Treasury and has played a key role in enhancing the reporting and business analysis. He was also instrumental in leading numerous capital market and enterprise-level transactions. Prior to joining 91Ó°ÊÓ, Mr. Chopra worked at Exelon Corporation for 18 years and held multiple roles in finance with increasing responsibility. Just prior to leaving Exelon, he was Senior Vice President Finance and Treasurer and was responsible for financial reporting, business planning, shared service finances and ensuring adequate liquidity for the company and its subsidiaries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chopra led Exelon’s M&A function, where he executed multiple transactions ranging in size from $20 billion to $100 million.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Delhi and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University. Mr. Chopra is also a chartered accountant.
Margaret Cosentino

Margaret Cosentino is Executive Vice President, External Affairs at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this role, she is responsible for 91Ó°ÊÓ’s strategic approach to global government relations, public policy, communications, sustainability, as well as the company’s government solutions business.
Ms. Cosentino brings 20 years of experience in global government affairs, international business development and strategy for aerospace, defense and industrial companies. Most recently, Ms. Cosentino was Corporate Director for Policy at Northrop Grumman where she led the execution of the company’s public policy and regulatory portfolios. Ms. Cosentino was previously Vice President, Global Government Affairs for Arconic where she was responsible for advancing the company’s public affairs interests across its international operations and leading its defense business. She has held senior roles at The Cohen Group, a strategic global consultancy, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a leading bi-partisan, non-profit think tank in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Cosentino earned a bachelor’s degree in international politics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service (SFS) and a master’s in international economics and strategic studies from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
Justin Johnson

Justin Johnson is the Chief Legal Officer at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this position, Mr. Johnson oversees all legal and compliance operations for the company’s global businesses.
Mr. Johnson brings 20 years of experience in corporate governance, finance and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance for global companies to 91Ó°ÊÓ.
Prior to joining the company, he served as executive vice president, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Jacobs – leading a team of legal and insurance professionals to support the company’s global operations, while working closely with senior management and its board of directors. Previously, Mr. Johnson served as senior counsel of Vistra Energy, a Fortune 500 integrated retail and power generation company, and held positions at the law firms of Hogan Lovells, Kaye Scholer (now Arnold & Porter) and Sullivan & Cromwell.
Mr. Johnson has a bachelor’s degree in government from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School.
Dan Lipman

Dan Lipman is President, Global Business Initiatives at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this role, he leads global strategic projects in multifaceted geopolitical, diplomatic and commercial situations while providing counsel on the company’s overarching strategy.
Most recently, he served as President of APX Project Development & Partnerships – leading the commercial arrangements, project development and deal execution for our AP1000® Pressurized Water Reactor and derivative technologies across the world.
Mr. Lipman has more than four decades of experience in the nuclear industry. He started at 91Ó°ÊÓ as a field engineer and has held senior roles overseeing sales, the global supply chain, quality, environment, health & safety, information technology, strategy and sustainability functions. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Lipman led 91Ó°ÊÓ’s new plant business, securing the landmark AP1000 PWR contracts in China and the United States.
Prior to rejoining 91Ó°ÊÓ in 2024, Mr. Lipman served in leadership roles at the Nuclear Energy Institute, which included oversight of nuclear exports, international trade, fuel cycle policy and programs, and policy analysis. He has also been an advisor to the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Trade and Development Agency on small reactor development and support to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in emerging nuclear countries’ industrial development.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester’s College of Arts, Sciences and Engineering and master’s degree from John Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
Gavin Liu
President, Asia Markets

Gavin Liu is President of the Asia Markets at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this role, he fosters strategic relationships with our customers throughout Asia in support of our global businesses. Prior to this role, he was the President of Asia Operating Plant Services business unit where he successfully led business development, sales and delivery for the existing nuclear operating plant customers across Asia.
Previously, Mr. Liu was the Senior Vice President of ABB Group, responsible for the Power System Division in China and the North Asia Region. He joined 91Ó°ÊÓ as part of the ABB CE acquisition in 2000 where he built relationships with customers in China to secure the contracts for the first four AP1000® nuclear power plant units as Vice President and Managing Director of the Asia Region’s China sub-region.
Mr. Liu brings more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry and began his career in the China Ministry of Electric Power.
Mr. Liu graduated from Tsinghua University with a degree in Thermal Engineering and received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Peking University.
Lou Martinez Sancho

As Chief Technology Officer at 91Ó°ÊÓ, Lou Martinez Sancho leads the company’s global research and development portfolio and advances the company’s innovative product and services technology strategy – accelerating advancements in AI, 91Ó°ÊÓ’s AP300â„¢ Small Modular Reactor development and eVinciâ„¢ microreactor technology for the space and defense markets.
Dr. Martinez Sancho brings more than 20 years of experience to this role – having worked in senior leadership positions in the energy, biotech, automotive, and architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industries. Most recently, Dr. Martinez Sancho was Executive Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Kairos Power, with additional oversight of the Supply & Procurement and Marketing & Communications teams. Previously, she served as the Chief Innovation Officer of Spie Batignolles and Vice President of Global Innovation at Framatome.
Dr. Martinez Sancho graduated from Ramon Llull University in Barcelona, Spain, and obtained Master of Science degrees in Physiology and Biomechanics from Pierre et Marie Curie-Paris VI University, as well as in Human Factors from René Descartes-Paris V University in France. Anne Naqi

Luca Oriani

In this role, he leads the execution capabilities to deliver new plant projects across the world – including the AP1000® PWR projects and its technology derivatives. He is accountable to oversee these global projects and the supporting supply chain and related engineering and component manufacturing.
Most recently, Dr. Oriani served as President of 91Ó°ÊÓ’s Long-term Operations business – leading the development and delivery of innovative solutions across engineered solutions, instrumentation & controls system, training & resource solutions and parts that support the global operating fleet.
Dr. Oriani has worked at 91Ó°ÊÓ for over 23 years – starting as a senior engineer and advancing to leadership roles in engineering and licensing for operating plants and advanced reactor technology, including the design and completion of the first 91Ó°ÊÓ advanced AP1000 units in China and the United States. He also served as 91Ó°ÊÓ’s Global Chief Engineering Services Officer.
Dr. Oriani holds doctorate and master’s degrees in Nuclear Engineering from Polytechnic University of Milan in Italy.
Adam Silverstein

Adam Silverstein is Executive Vice President, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this role, he leads 91Ó°ÊÓ’s total commitment to safety, including the company’s nuclear safety, industrial safety and quality assurance programs.
Prior to joining 91Ó°ÊÓ in April 2024, Mr. Silverstein was Vice President – Quality at CommScope, an international, wireless telecommunication infrastructure systems supplier. In this role, Silverstein led the quality function for the Outdoor Wireless Networks – Structures and Connectivity sector.
Mr. Silverstein began his career in the automotive industry, working in engineering, design, procurement and program management across Delphi Chassis Systems (USA), GKN Driveline North America Inc., Tower Automotive Inc., and NSK Steering Systems America, Inc.
Mr. Silverstein earned an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Rochester and a master’s degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics from The Pennsylvania State University. Mike Sweeney

Michael (Mike) Sweeney is an Executive Advisor at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company.
Prior to this role, Mike served as 91Ó°ÊÓ’s Chief Legal Officer from 2011 through 2025 and led all legal and compliance operations of 91Ó°ÊÓ’s global business activities.
Mr. Sweeney joined 91Ó°ÊÓ in 2005 as an Assistant General Counsel for Nuclear Services. Beginning in 2006, Mr. Sweeney gained increasing responsibility within the legal organization and in 2010, was named Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.
Prior to joining 91Ó°ÊÓ, Mr. Sweeney was a partner in the law firm of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP (formerly Pietragallo, Bosick and Gordon). His primary focus was on corporate and business matters where he counseled companies on various legal matters including financing operations, strategic initiatives and general corporate matters. In addition, from 1989 to 2000, Mr. Sweeney held positions of increasing responsibility in the Law Department of CBS Corporation (formerly 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Corporation). His primary focus was on Corporate Governance matters, Securities and Exchange Commission filing requirements for public companies as well as acquisitions and divestitures.

Mike Abram

Michael (Mike) Abram serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company, leading the organization’s global technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives and enterprise IT operations. With a focus on innovation, cyber security and scalability, Mike drives efforts to align technology investments with business objectives, enabling growth and operational excellence.
Mike brings nearly 30 years of experience within IT leadership to this position. Previously, he was the Business Unit CIO for Arconic Engineered Structures (AES) business, which focused on the Aerospace and Defense markets. During his tenure at AES, Mike led the integration of the RTI International Metals acquisition and developed the overall IT strategy for the division, along with running IT operations.
He holds both a bachelor’s in information technology and an MBA in e-commerce from Duquesne University.
Ken Altemus

Ken Altemus is the interim senior vice president of OPX Capital Projects with oversight of major investments and complex projects across 91Ó°ÊÓ’s global portfolio. He also serves as senior vice president of Nuclear Fuel Engineering and is responsible for all aspects of nuclear fuel hardware design, nuclear engineering and nuclear methodologies in support of the 91Ó°ÊÓ global, PWR, BWR and VVER fuel product portfolio.
Previously, Mr. Altemus served as the vice president of Global Nuclear Components Manufacturing with responsibility for all of 91Ó°ÊÓ’s global components manufacturing locations.
During his more than 36 years with 91Ó°ÊÓ, Mr. Altemus has held engineering and leadership positions in Manufacturing, Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Parts, Instrument Control Engineering and Field Services. He has also successfully led transformations across the 91Ó°ÊÓ manufacturing global fleet.
Mr. Altemus earned bachelor’s degrees in both engineering and business administration from Geneva College.

Marc Chevrel

Marc Chevrel is the interim co-president of Nuclear Fuel at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this role, he is responsible for engineering, manufacturing, planning and costing to support the company’s comprehensive nuclear fuel portfolio and services for PWRs, BWRs, AGRs and VVERs around the globe.
Mr. Chevrel joined 91Ó°ÊÓ in 2025 and most recently served as senior director of Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing Projects Delivery.
Previously, Mr. Chevrel was CEO at Arbiom, a biotech company specializing in the production of proteins, from 2017 – 2024. He also held senior executive roles within the nuclear industry at Framatome and Orano (formerly AREVA) with leadership of nuclear fuel, chemistry and enrichment, U.S. new builds, Germany nuclear services and strategy.
Mr. Chevrel also has a robust background in energy and environment from roles at various high-profile regulatory bodies, including France’s CRE (Energy Regulation Commission) and DRIRE (Regional Office for Industrial Environment).
Mr. Chevrel earned a mathematics degree from Ecole normale supérieure and an engineering degree from Mines Paris – PSL.

Mr. Dag has more than 30 years of successive leadership experience at 91Ó°ÊÓ across engineering, commercial and marketing roles. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of the Global BWR and VVER Nuclear Fuel business with responsibility for commercial integration, product management, sales and customer delivery. Joel Eacker

Joel Eacker is the senior vice president, APX Projects EMEA at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company – overseeing the execution of AP1000® PWR projects and its derivative technologies across the Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Most recently, he served as vice president and project director for new AP1000 Nuclear Power Plant development in Poland and supported development programs for new nuclear reactors in the Ukraine, Slovenia, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, India, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Eacker has over 40 years of programs, projects, business, operations and engineering experience in the nuclear, oil & gas, chemical, infrastructure and environmental industries. He held senior executive roles at JAE Project Management, E2 Program Management and Duratek Technical Services. Additionally, Mr. Eacker worked in leadership positions for nearly 15 years over his career at CH2M Hill in major programs, global commercial nuclear operations and program management, as well as nuclear waste management services.
He started his career as a U.S. Naval Officer operating nuclear reactors onboard USS Enterprise (CVN-65).
He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical and petroleum refining engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a master’s of project management from Colorado State University. Mr. Eacker is a registered Professional Engineer, a certified Program Management Professional, and a certified Project Management Professional.
Miles Fuller

Dr. Miles Fuller is the Vice President of Transformation and Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this role, he oversees enterprise-wide transformation and cross-functional operational improvement initiatives and serves as strategic advisor and execution partner to the CEO.
Dr. Fuller brings a decade of experience in enterprise strategy, large-scale transformation, cost and operational efficiency improvements and C-suite and board advisory across global energy and industrial organizations.
Prior to joining 91Ó°ÊÓ in 2025, Dr. Fuller served as a Partner in the energy practice at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) – leading enterprise turnaround and large-scale change programs for global companies across sectors, including: energy, technology, manufacturing and healthcare.
Dr. Fuller earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Morehouse College and a doctorate in biomedical services from Northwestern University.
Elias Gedeon

Elias Gedeon is senior vice president, APX Commercial Contracts Operations. In this role, he is responsible for leading the execution of our new plant contract negotiation and formation.
He has over 40 years of experience in the power generation industry directing businesses in challenging and highly competitive industries. He has held various sales, operations and P&L leadership positions in the U.S. and internationally.
Prior to joining 91Ó°ÊÓ in 2020, he served as senior vice president & Chief Business Development Officer for Babcock & Wilcox. From 2009-2014, he was Alstom Power Boiler Group Vice president of Global Sales and Marketing, and Alstom’s Power vice president of Americas Sales from 2003-2009.
Mr. Gedeon started his career at Foster Wheeler Power Group, where he held a series of progressive leadership roles across two decades in commissioning, sales and operations – offering broad domestic and international experience for multiple global business units and industrial products, P&L effectiveness and turnaround, and strategic business planning and development.
Mr. Gedeon earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an executive MBA from the University of Michigan.
Srini Gopalan

Sean Jones

Sean Jones serves as Vice President, APX Supply Chain for 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this role, he leads the global strategic direction of all internal and external supply chain and procurement activities for AP1000® PWR projects and advanced reactor technologies. Additionally, Mr. Jones oversees supplier strategy, commercial execution and delivery performance across a portfolio of complex, large scale nuclear new build programs worldwide.
Previously, Mr. Jones held successive leadership roles within the global supply chain organization, with a strong focus on AP1000® Supplier Performance, project delivery and international procurement management.
Prior to joining 91Ó°ÊÓ, Mr. Jones held leadership roles at Curtiss Wright Corporation, where he managed programs supporting the manufacturing and delivery of AP1000® reactor coolant pumps. He also previously served in mechanical engineering roles.
Mr. Jones began his career in the United States Marine Corps as a helicopter mechanic.

Sophie Lemaire

Sophie Lemaire is interim co-president of Nuclear Fuel at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this role, she is responsible for sales, delivery, strategy, product management and special projects to support the company’s comprehensive nuclear fuel portfolio and services for PWRs, BWRs, AGRs and VVERs around the globe.
Ms. Lemaire joined 91Ó°ÊÓ in 2009. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) Fuel in EMEA & Asia – leading customer sales and deliveries as well as oversight of our uranium business through UAM. Previous leadership roles include vice president of France, Belgium, South Africa & the UK – managing customer relationships across the company’s robust portfolio of products and services in nuclear fuel, engineering and outage services – as well as customer project director of Electricité de France (EdF), and management roles within Nuclear Fuel and Outage and Engineering Services.
Ms. Lemaire started her career at EdF as a Safety Analysis engineer, then led fuel oversight with responsibility for the fuel surveillance doctrine.
Ms. Lemaire earned a bachelor’s degree in energy and nuclear physics from Phelma Engineering school.
Gavin Liu

Gavin Liu is President of the Asia Markets at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this role, he fosters strategic relationships with our customers throughout Asia in support of our global businesses. Prior to this role, he was the President of Asia Operating Plant Services business unit where he successfully led business development, sales and delivery for the existing nuclear operating plant customers across Asia.
Previously, Mr. Liu was the Senior Vice President of ABB Group, responsible for the Power System Division in China and the North Asia Region. He joined 91Ó°ÊÓ as part of the ABB CE acquisition in 2000 where he built relationships with customers in China to secure the contracts for the first four AP1000® nuclear power plant units as Vice President and Managing Director of the Asia Region’s China sub-region.
Mr. Liu brings more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry and began his career in the China Ministry of Electric Power.
Mr. Liu graduated from Tsinghua University with a degree in Thermal Engineering and received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Peking University.
Mike Miller

Mr. Miller has nearly 20 years of technical experience at 91Ó°ÊÓ in roles of successive engineering leadership, including site engineering leadership of AP1000 technology at Vogtle Units 3&4. Most recently, he served as the vice president of Plant and Design Engineering to support new plant and operating plant projects, including training and operations, design digitization, project engineering and technical competency efforts.
Mr. Miller began his career as an engineering manager at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
Mr. Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from William & Mary.
Ben Solich

Ben Solich is president of Parts at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company. In this role, he is responsible for the sales, product development, engineering and operations to support the delivery of nuclear parts and products to plants around the world.
With more than two decades of experience in the energy sector, Mr. Solich began his career at Dow Chemical and spent ten years there before joining 91Ó°ÊÓ in 2007.
At 91Ó°ÊÓ, he played a key role in supplying major components to AP1000® nuclear reactors and contributing to the engineering and design of the AP1000 reactors for the Sanmen and Haiyang Nuclear Plants in China. Mr. Solich also served in leadership within supplier performance before serving as the vice president of Sales for the Parts business.
He earned a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Mike Sweeney

Michael (Mike) Sweeney is an Executive Advisor at 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Company.
Prior to this role, Mike served as 91Ó°ÊÓ’s Chief Legal Officer from 2011 through 2025 and led all legal and compliance operations of 91Ó°ÊÓ’s global business activities.
Mr. Sweeney joined 91Ó°ÊÓ in 2005 as an Assistant General Counsel for Nuclear Services. Beginning in 2006, Mr. Sweeney gained increasing responsibility within the legal organization and in 2010, was named Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.
Prior to joining 91Ó°ÊÓ, Mr. Sweeney was a partner in the law firm of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP (formerly Pietragallo, Bosick and Gordon). His primary focus was on corporate and business matters where he counseled companies on various legal matters including financing operations, strategic initiatives and general corporate matters. In addition, from 1989 to 2000, Mr. Sweeney held positions of increasing responsibility in the Law Department of CBS Corporation (formerly 91Ó°ÊÓ Electric Corporation). His primary focus was on Corporate Governance matters, Securities and Exchange Commission filing requirements for public companies as well as acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Sweeney has a bachelor's degree in political science, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Juris Doctor degree, all from the University of Pittsburgh.
